You may be familiar with one of Djwal Kul's embodiments. He can be found in history among the three wise men who visited the infant Jesus after following the star of his birth to the Holy Land. Theosophists claim that Djwal Kul was embodied as a pupil of Pythagoras and a disciple of Gautama Buddha. In his final embodiment he before ascended back to the heart of God, Djwal Kul served with the Himalayan masters El Morya and Kuthumi in their work with Helena Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society. In that life he was the foremost disciple of the master Kuthumi and lived near his teacher in Tibet. The image above depicts a picture that Djwal Kul once precipitated on silk showing the ravine in Tibet where he, Kuthumi and El Morya lived. You can see Djwal Kul as a small figure in the water with his back to the viewer. He was given the title “The Messenger of the Masters” because of his willingness to serve.
Today, the ascended masters Kuthumi and Djwal Kul both teach us about our spiritual anatomy. Through the messengers, they dictated a key book to help us better understand our spiritual anatomy, The Human Aura. (Additional teachings on the chakras presented by Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet over the years were compiled in the book Your Seven Energy Centers.) A classic among spiritual seekers, The Human Aura unveils the spiritual science behind the functioning of the aura and the chakras (spiritual energy centers).
