Designed to enrich the seasoned and the newly launched leader, this course brings to life practical leadership skills for facilitating and building highly authentic, productive and creative teams.
In addition to readings and written assessments, students will use experiential and collaborative activities such as forum discussions, reflective exercises and journaling to learn effective facilitation team building skills, gain insight into working with different personality types, recognize team dysfunctions, identify the stages of team development, and explore the team building model, appreciative inquiry.

Hours per week: Students should plan to set aside 5–8 hours per week to complete their weekly course work. This course consists of eight units and students are expected to complete one unit per week.
