Leadership Studies Certificate Program

Summit University’s online Leadership Studies Certificate Program prepares students to be a leader in any situation, including essential leadership skills such as servant-leadership, team building and conflict resolution. You’ll learn how to lead by example and how to bring out the best in those around you.

You’ll also receive the kind of knowledge and training you’ll need to take command and cut through – not just in the physical realm but also at a spiritual level, where the greatest battles are fought.

Equipped with a thorough grasp of how to motivate people and stand for what’s right, you will be ready to claim your heart-centered leadership role wherever life directs you—whether this means serving in a leadership capacity at your local church center, taking up a leadership torch at work, or embracing the worthy cause that tugs on your heart.

The Leadership Studies Certificate Program will take a minimum of 1.5 years of part-time study (three 16-week semesters)

Why Leadership Studies?

The world we live in is in dire need of heart-centered, well-trained leaders in many fields, courageous people who have a deep understanding of what it means to be a successful leader and know how to deal with the opposition and challenges that confront every effort to make this world a better place.

Curriculum

The curriculum for the Leadership Studies Certificate Program covers a spectrum of required and elective courses.

  • POLI 1101 – Spiritual Principles of Government (3 cr.)
  • PSYC 1201 – Spiritual Psychology 1 (3 cr.)
